A detailed size guide is available on every product page. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips and comparing against our size chart. Our pieces are tailored with a refined fit — if you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort and ease of movement.
We source premium natural and technical fabrics — including merino wool, Egyptian cotton, Japanese selvedge, and structured canvas — selected for longevity, drape, and feel. Full fabric composition is listed on every product page.
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over £150. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, for International it can take up to 20 business days. All orders are dispatched from the UK and arrive in Maison Châtel-Argent branded packaging.
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can enter this number on our Track Your Order page for real-time updates. You can also view order status through your account dashboard.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our team with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
